What is the modern worship service like?
Live Band, Free donuts and coffee, friendly faces, a great life applicable message, and a healthy dose of community, fellowship, and the holy spirit. Service lasts about an hour.
How is the offering taken?
The offering provides an opportunity to thank God for our many blessings and is used to support the church and its ministries and missions. The offering is collected during the service (offering envelopes are available in every pew rack) or online. As a guest, you are not obligated to give. However, if you would like to participate, you are welcome to do so.
Do you offer Holy Communion?
Holy Communion is celebrated monthly at all worship services, usually on the first Sundays, and on other special occasions throughout the year. Holy Communion is open to anyone, regardless of age or church membership. A gluten free option is available for those who are gluten intolerant.

Nursery for children, birth to kindergarten, is provided on Sunday mornings from 8:45 a.m. until the end of the 9:00 a.m. worship service. During the Sunday Morning hour (11:00 a.m. to noon), nursery is provided for children under age 5 for the modern worship service.
What programs are available for children, youth, and adults?
Please click on Ministries and Missions to learn more about the many opportunities to participate and serve. Our ministries and missions are open to all who would like to participate; they are not limited to church members or regular attendees. We encourage visitors and community members to join in as they feel led. Participation in our ministries and missions is a great way for you to get to know the Mt. Pisgah family.
What special assistance do you offer people who have difficulty with mobility, are experiencing hearing loss, or have difficulty seeing?
We care about all people. Our buildings are wheelchair accessible and include an elevator. Please ask an usher for an assisted listening device and/or large-print bulletin if needed.
Will I be asked to stand if I am a visitor?
No. We do welcome our visitors at the beginning of the service and encourage you to complete a “Welcome Card” located in each pew and place in the offering plate. You are invited to pick up a “Welcome Gift” as you exit the sanctuary after the service. This is our way to thank you for visiting Mt. Pisgah.
