Auditors

Review and report on the status and accuracy of the financial records of the church and affiliated groups.

2 people each year for 20-40 hours. Auditors will only serve once every 3-4 years.

Balance the checking accounts or review the bank reconciliation report.
30-60 minutes each month.

Review supporting invoices and documents for submitted requests and sign payments from the church.  


30 minutes per week.

Computer Task Force


Persons are needed with experience and interest in computers and networking.  Members share duties of researching software, being available to solve simple network problems, and recommending purchases.  

Three people are needed to share responsibilities.

Endowment Fund Representative

 


Represents the finance branch on the endowment committee.  


Attend the monthly Endowment committee meeting.

Packs up records for destruction once retention period is completed.

Special Gifts Task Force Responds to requests for funds from special gifts made to the church.

Decisions made as requests submitted.

Subject Matter Experts Provide guidance when negotiating office related contracts with vendors. Time commitment is as needed. COORDINATOR

Tellers Counts and prepares deposits and tracks donations.

1 hour following the worship services once a month.
